Combine 1 pint sour cream with 1/2 of a package of dry ranch dressing mix and 2 T. mayo. Add 3 cups diced turkey and 2 c. shredded cheese. Spoon mix into tortilla shells and roll up. Spread cheese on top and bake at 375 degrees for 25 minutes.
