Mexican anyone?

I'm sure all the Pampered Chef gurus will love this post...  This is the only way I will ground hamburger, it's far too tedious for me without this handy dandy tool.  However, Pampered Chef is not what this post is about!

Today I'm writing about adding fiber to your mexican. It's easy. See the black beans in the meat - ah, it really packs some punch!  I use about 1/2 a can and drain them, which they say prevents tummy issues.  Ask my brother about that one... or don't.  We started eating more black beans after reading "12 Best Foods" by Dana Jacobi.  I actually damaged the book by having it out on our kitchen table ~ so I'm hoping that my health gets the benefit of that mishap.
