Today I'm writing about adding fiber to your mexican. It's easy. See the black beans in the meat - ah, it really packs some punch! I use about 1/2 a can and drain them, which they say prevents tummy issues. Ask my brother about that one... or don't. We started eating more black beans after reading "12 Best Foods" by Dana Jacobi. I actually damaged the book by having it out on our kitchen table ~ so I'm hoping that my health gets the benefit of that mishap.
