Potato Leek Pizza

Pizza crust
Olive oil
Kosher salt
6 slices bacon
3 leeks, rinsed, remove grit & thinly slice
5 potatoes (red or gold, sliced paper thin)
1 lb. mozarella cheese
4 oz. goat cheese
grated parmesan cheese
ground black pepper

Fry bacon until cooked, not crisp.  Remove the backon 7 set aside.  Add leeks to bacon pan an dcook med-low for 3 min.  Slice potatoes & and arrange over crust.  Sprinkle them lightly w/ salt, lay over mozz. slices.  Leeks on top of cheese, fried backon, goat cheese/parmesan/bake 8-11 minutes at 500 degrees.
