No Sugar Added Peanut Butter Balls

Mix by hand or in the food processor:

1/4 c. chunky peanut butter
1 T. Organic Midnight Moo
1/2 T. whey protein powder
1/2 c. unsweetened coconut

Makes 10 (or 8 with 2 to eat).  Bonus of eating coconut is it has 2 grams of fiber per serving.
