Cherie Calbom's Book Skinny

So, my three favorite takeaways from "The Ultimate Smoothie Book" included that yogurt can act as a sleep inducer, calcium helps muscles relax and pineapple's good for a developing sore throat.  Who knew?  Love food trivia... and that's about the only trivia I love.

Some new ideas on smoothie ingredients included the following:

* cinnamon, cardamon and cloves
* cashews
* cherries
* tea ice cubes
* pears
